Our Story
Hello and welcome to Acero! I am Chris, the sole maker of Acero Harmonic Handpans. Handmade metal sound sculptures built in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire, UK.
With over eight years of experience in handpan crafting, my journey into this art began out of a deep passion for both music and metalwork. What started as a personal exploration of sound has evolved into a dedicated craft, where I create instruments that resonate with musicians worldwide.
Each handpan I produce is a reflection of years spent honing my skills, learning from every note hammered into shape, and perfecting the balance between tone and craftsmanship. My approach is deeply rooted in precision and care, ensuring that every instrument is not only a work of art but also a vehicle for musical expression.
The evolving sound of Acero Handpans has inspired musicians, evoked emotion and facilitated deep, meditative experiences.
Whether you are a seasoned musician or new to the world of handpans, my instruments are designed to be both intuitive and expressive, offering a wide range of possibilities for creativity and exploration.
I work with the finest materials, meticulously shaping, tuning, and refining each handpan by hand.
My commitment to quality and craftsmanship is matched by a desire to share the unique voice of each handpan with the world. I take pride in offering personalized service, collaborating closely with my clients to understand their musical needs and preferences, and delivering instruments that exceed their expectations.
Thank you for considering my handpans. I am honoured to share my craft with you and hope my instruments bring you as much joy and inspiration as they bring me in creating them.
